Kellie Millard

With a background as a Clinical Dietitian, Kellie has over 25 years experience in Clinical Dietetics and medical research.

Whilst at Westmead Breast Cancer Institute, Kellie was awarded her PhD from the faculty of Medicine, The University of Sydney in 2013 focusing on the role of vitamin D in metabolic disease and cancer. She was a spokesperson for the Dietitians Association of Australia from 2012-2017 during which time she regularly appeared on television and in print media. 

Kellie undertook a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at NICM following her PhD and went onto work as a Clinical Research Manager at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and then Lead Dietitian at Norwest Private Hospital. 

Kellie joined JDRF early in 2020 acting as Senior Manager Clinical Operations, where she currently oversees the JDRF clinical research portfolio. She is currently also working in private practice with an interest in bariatric and gastrointestinal nutrition.

Exercise Physiologist

Alex Fielding

Alex has spent over 10 years of university training to be one of the few dual qualified Physiotherapists and Chiropractors in Australia and is the co-owner of Tangram Health. He has significant experience with the management of sports injury and performance and is currently the Team Physiotherapist for the U/21 and U/18 NSW Field Hockey teams. He is also studying and aiming to complete his Masters of Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy in 2024.

Alex is well adept at managing injuries across multiple sports at all levels, be it with the local rugby union team Redfield Old Boys rugby as their head physio for the last 10 years, being part of Australian championship winning hockey teams or managing powerlifters to help them succeed at the commonwealth championships and on the world stage.

Clinically Alex takes an empathetic and pragmatic approach to your injury with a particular focus on how it impacts activities that are important to you and developing a plan to get back into the things you love, be it being able to pick up the grandchildren, or  competing at the next world championships.

Outside of work you’ll find Alex spending time with his wife and young family or hurtling down a dirt trail somewhere on his mountain bike somewhere.

Exercise Physiologist

Brian Tan

Brian has spent over 10 years of university training to be one of the few dual qualified Physiotherapists and Chiropractors in Australia and is the co-owner of Tangram Health. He is a caring clinician who has a special interest in complex spinal (lower back and neck), shoulder, foot, and workplace injuries.

These complex conditions are always unique, with many factors contributing to them, which benefit from a holistic approach to management. With this, he often works closely together with the dietitians, psychologists, exercise physiologists, and podiatrists to achieve the best possible outcome.

Outside of this Brian also has significant experience in occupational injury for both local government and large
corporations involving the development of injury prevention frameworks and timely management of occupational injuries.

Brian is also expanding his skillset in the area of complex musculoskeletal injury at La Trobe University, by studying the Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with the aim to complete it in 2023 to even further expand his knowledge and skills to serve the community.

Diane Sibilant

Diane has been a NSW registered psychologist since 2009.

Diane has enjoyed over 10 years of working in private practice specialising mainly in the management of anxiety disorders, stress management, mood disorders including Post Natal Depression and adjustment disorders, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Family and Relationship counselling and Anger Management.

Diane is also a WorkCover Approved Psychologist, trained to treat injured workers in a compensation environment with a focus on achieving a safe and durable recovery at work.

Diane is also a Work Development Order Provider which is a NSW initiative that allows vulnerable people to clear outstanding fines (penalty notice and court fines) through attending counselling services.

In Diane’s spare time, you will find her spending time with her husband and 5 children, enjoying outdoor activities and time at the beach.
